July Stableford

7 players took part in todays Stableford Competition, conditions were perfrect for play with the sun shinning and a little breeze to help keep the players from overheating.

Only 3 players went out in the morning, Martin Wick, Keith Nicol and Brian Kirkness. Martin and Brian posting a fine 38 and 36 with Keith finishing off with an No Return, sadly Keith had a couple of OOB`s which brought an end to his round. Better luck next time Keith.

The afternoon group consisted of Bill Banks, Andy Whyte, Dennis Townsend and Stuart Barnett.. Bill is currently on form and showed it with his score of 39, however Stuart his playing partner found the going not so easy and posted an N/R. Andy and Dennis both had a good round with Andy posting a 30 and Dennis 19.

Congratulations to Bill for his win and having his handicap drop by 1.6, keep up the good work Bill.
