2011 Winter League

The format for this years winter league will be as follows :-

Games will be played over 9 holes and off  the winter tee’s

Tee off time is 0930 only so be at the club in good time so we can get pairings made up. If you may be slightly late let someone know so we can organise a playing partner to wait for you.

Games can be played on any Saturday or Sunday throughout each month But only 2 cards can be posted .These Must be posted on the day you play or torn up and binned.

Handicaps will be adjusted accordingly for the winter league only and will revert back to the Congu system as of start of summer 2012 season. Handicaps are cut on a 1 for 1 basis for net scores under 34. could anyone who cuts their handicap please adjust it on the sheet in the club on the day of the competition. Players are responsible for adjusting  their own handicaps. All players must also check before playing that their handicap is correct.

This is also open to all members that do not yet have a handicap, you will receive a 28 handicap at the start of your 1st round and will be adjust as required.

There is a monthly Sweep so an entry fee of £2 has been agreed for each game played.

The winner of each month will receive half the monthly sweep.
